What will CBS renew?
The Odd Couple showed some promise last season, but all of that has been pretty much squandered. It won't be back.
2 Broke Girls is slipping, but CBS might still keep it around if it makes them enough money. Kevin Can Wait is still safe, but any more slippage and its fate becomes murky.
Man With a Plan and The Great Indoors had their orders extended to 19 episodes each. If they can stay stable, they have a shot at sticking around, but I don't like their odds of retaining their ratings.
Pure Genius won't make the cut for any more episodes. It's performing terribly.
Code Black had a shorter order last year, but this season could be it for the medical drama barring a miracle.
Something tells me Elementary got the order for two more episodes to close the series out.
It's worth noting, when considering these figures, that CBS is currently averaging a 1.49 rating among adults 18-49 with original programming.
If you want to see how the other networks are stacking up, we have separate posts for The CW, ABC, Fox and NBC.
Note: Training Day, Doubt, Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders, The Amazing Race and Undercover Boss are on tap for mid-season.
